For every Revolution, Movement for Change or Great Societal Moment there comes a time for balance after victory is won. Balance in terms of a society evaluating the reason for upheaval and creating long term solutions for future prosperity.

Simple when written on a sheet of paper or analysed in discussion but much harder to apply to real life situations

In simple times, disaster was something that could be considered natural or the will of nature but the cost of living in a technological world is the reality of acknowledging the disasters created by human beings is the price of progress

The story has been the same throughout the logs of history as re-prints have kept priceless works of art relevant hundreds of years after the paint has faded on the original works of art and the movies that scared us in our youth have been re-imagined for future generations to enjoy

In a week that brought harsh realties back to the forefront of conversation there has never been a better time to bring it all into perspective.

A perspective that has been muddied, damaged and thrown on the backburner in favor of easy answers and bad calculations. Calculations based more on numbers and approval ratings than the consequences that come with getting our hands dirty
