The point that was about more than victories and defeats.
The point that was about more than historical landmarks that have been achieved or the fact that it was a Democrat giving the address.
The point that was about more than corruption, bailouts and failures of past Presidents.
The point that was missed had everything to do with the problems that are staring us in the face during one of the darkest periods in the world history and how we are failing to do anything about it as a United Nation or World.
